Eligibility

Minimum Requirements

18 years of age or older
Valid government-issued ID
U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or GED
Able to pass a background investigation
Able to pass a drug screen
Good driving record
Reliable personal transportation and cell phone
Must speak, read, write, and understand English
Texas DPS security license, or willingness to obtain one
Professional appearance and strong reliability
Own firearm and duty gear with level II or higher retention holster (armed positions only)

Our Evaluation Process

Applicants are reviewed based on professionalism, communication, operational readiness, and organizational fit. We take the selection process seriously because the people representing our clients in the field directly affect trust, safety, and our reputation.

Pre-Application

Applicants begin with an initial pre-application review and resume submission. We assess your background, experience, and eligibility before moving forward.

Evaluation

Selected applicants are contacted for a qualification review and operational assessment. We evaluate communication, professionalism, and readiness for field work.

Interview and Vetting

Final applicants complete structured interviews, background screening, drug testing, and any additional vetting requirements before an offer is extended.
